EVENTS

DEC.  1  We’ll be decorating the tree for the Festival  of trees benefiting the Primary Children’s Medical Center in honor of Jeanette, Rick and Jill as our Christmas present to them.  Julianne can use your help either making decorations ahead of  time or on the Monday after Thanksgiving to decorate the tree.

Time:  Tentatively 10:00 a.m.

Place:  South Town Exposition Center

Contact Julianne @ 782-8934 to see how you can help. The trees will be displayed and for sale on Dec. 3-6 Wed. thru Sat.  After the festival, we’ll be sending an equivalent amount of money  from the “can money”, as usual to Patti’s Scholarship  fund as our Christmas gift to her.  Thanks to all for your help in collecting the cans.

Heat up left over pizza in a non stick skillet on the top of the stove, set heat to medium low and heat till warm. This keeps the crust crispy.  No soggy micro pizza.

GIGGLE

It amazes me how much tidying-up customers of our cleaning service will do in order to make their homes  presentable for our maids.  I was compiling comment cards when I came upon one from an angry customer.  In it she fumed, “It seems like the more I clean before the maids come, the less they do when they’re here!”

THOUGHT

Sexiness wears thin after a while, and beauty fades, but to be married to a man who makes you laugh every day, ah, that’s a real treat.
